Why Sustainability Is Important to Us
Our name is also our home: Here in Upper Bavaria, in Bad Heilbrunn, is where Bad Heilbrunner calls home. Here in the foothills of the Alps, we live and work. We feel a special connection to nature and the roots of our vibrant herbal knowledge. When developing new products and formulations, one thing is always at the forefront – health. However, a healthy person also needs a healthy environment. Therefore, we see it as our natural responsibility to act sustainably and resource-efficiently.
Where Do We Want to Go?
The topic of sustainability and social responsibility will continue to accompany us in the coming years. We started with small measures that every employee can participate in, and now we are gradually tackling more comprehensive issues. Some of our medium- and long-term goals include: green energy for the entire site, including photovoltaic panels and e-charging stations, supply chain due diligence, sustainability reporting, more sustainable products and packaging, and optimizing our logistics. We are excited to see our sustainability tea cup continue to fill.

I really enjoy going to the mountains, and you can clearly observe the climate changes of recent years there. That’s why I’m even more excited to see in my daily work that it’s never too early or too late to do something for our environment and that every small contribution can really make a difference.
